November 2? Jeeez, Kova will need to hit the gym tomorrow for that, will be all drained by November 2 after 4 months of one long camp and a fight. Get your facts straight. GBP and Canelo wanted to make this fight to get an exception for the IBF mando. DAZN wouldn’t approve Andrade for Canelo as they were trying to force a third GGG fight. No ducking there.
Once Derv turned down a career payday to take an easier fight for the same pay, Andrade wasn’t as attractive a fight as unifying all the titles is off the table as of now.
Canelo is trying to make a more difficult fight going up 2 weight classes here, not beat some unproven guy at 160. Andrade and fighters like him are a dime a dozen.

That is a quick turnaround. An extra 2-3 weeks of rest would benefit Kovalev. But fighting again soon is actually good thing since higher levels of activity benefits older fighters. A younger fighter can afford longer layoffs.

Not necessarily true. Kovalev jumping into a fight against a prime canelo in a few months time after a hard gritty fight is a terrible decision. He needs rest, older fighters need more rest after fights where they were hurt badly. Take Miguel cotto vs Sadam Ali as a good example where Miguel cotto jumped into that fight a few months after a war vs kamegai and as a result was hurt numerous times because he couldn’t take a good punch due to lack of rest considering his mileage.

I seen him look for a way out & make excuses when he fought Ward. So my statement stands. Yarde really didn't have the pedigree so it can't even be compared to me.

I have no idea what you're saying with your 1st two sentences. If Canelo had enough pull to say no (& get them to eventually approve Kovalev, Andrade & whoever else, then after saying he wants to sweep the belts in 2019) he could've forced Dazn's hand in his attempt to be the first Mexican undisputed champion. Butu know he over here approving franchise titles & shìt so he rather talk about being undisputed than actually fight to be undisputed.
