I think you need to get your eyes examined. He hit Toney with maybe one or 2 good shots, the rest were just pats. Toney hit him with 4 huge hard shots, plus a crap load of hard counters

yeah the fans have refused to ackowlage anything toney does in the ring ...hell watch the hbo telacast of the rahman fight
toney lands 5 big right hands in i belive it was the 5th or 6th round followed by i belive emanual stwerts coments of "i've never seen toney look this bad before"

Some people have Toney blinders on. They see everything the other fighter does but ignore the overwhelming amount of clean punching he does.

Give me a break. Toney didn't land nearly as many counters on Rahman as he had landed earlier in his career, and it's because he is fat and old. Rahman deserved the nod if anyone did. He simply got the better work in.

The only work Rahaman got in was jabbing, hitting Toney in the back, and the occassional small right hand inside.

Toney did not look good against Rahman. He was fat and off balance. He didn't let his hands go like he used to. He just spent most of the fight leaning on the ropes. He did land some nice counters early in the fight, but then he seemed to be gassed and just stopped throwing. I'm a big Toney fan, but that was a bad performance. Rahman wasn't too hot either, so a draw is fine in my books. If Toney was in shape, it would have been an easy fight for him.

Just rewatched that sparring vid. That guy hit Toney quite a bit. More than you'll see him get hit in the ring. It's sparring, so it doesn't count for anything anyway. I like how I get accused of not recognizing Toney's talent just because I think he "lost" a round of sparring. Maybe I'm not the one wearing the blinders. I swear, Toney could take a dump and some of you would say it was gold.

sam peter will shut toney up for good, he does not hit hard and sam peter does. everyone go figure.

the chances of sam peter hitting toney are very very slim. i wouldnt be surprised it tpney knocks peter down with one of his counters. peter will be so surprised that he will take a knee. peter is going to get the boxing lesson of a lifetime.

How recent is this, becasue i saw Toney On Wed night fights last week, i was very disappointed, because he looked very very fat and outta shape. but it could have just been the suit. atleast i hope it is. I really hope Toney Takes Peter serious, I'd like to see Toney on Top of the HW Div, he has all the Tools to do it.
