You're too predictable. You make claims about ggg that are understandable but when it's mentioned that Canelo is doing the same thing, you're like "nah, but it's different tho. Remember Canelo faced Lara......5 yrs ago" lmaooo. Fact is, their resumes have been very simikar since Canelo beat Cotto 4 yrs ago. Only difference is the best opponents Canelo have faced have been older than him and ggg has faced younger competition.
but it's different tho...
Canelo beat the best at 154... he beat the best at 160... he picked up a paper title at 168... and now he will take a super-dangerous fight with Kovalev at 175
lil'G has done NONE of those things
if I didn't know better..... I would swear that Canelo has the key to your back door, and you have a red-headed son who is shaping up to be a pretty good boxer... am I right?Comment

IMO he tried to box him but it didn't work. When Canelo came inside he could have clinched him and made Canelo work to wear him down. Canelo at that point in his career had shown some stamina problems and Fielding should have roughed him up. He can't outbox Canelo from the outside IMO he wouldn't be able to hit him consistantly. He need to put his weight on him and make Canelo wear out. That's what I expected him to do going into the fight. It didn't matter anyway because he couldn't take the body shots. It was just a matter of when the end came.Last edited by TonyGe; 08-27-2019, 09:41 PM.Comment

A coin has two sides The flip side is Rolls wouldn't fight Fielding the same way he fought Golovkin. Call my crazy (and I'm sure you will) but I would like to see those two guys fight.Comment

yea that was pretty dumb
why are you more interested in Rolls/Fielding... than you are in Golovkin/Andrade?Comment

Probably because we were talking about Rolls and Fielding in our prior conversation. Seeing as Canelo avoided Andrade for most of his career he's due to get a crack against a top fighter. I really don't see why Golovkin should be obligated to fight Andrade just because Canelo has been denying Andrade a fight. Andrade has been calling out Canelo since they were both Junior Middleweights but for some reason they haven't fought. Maybe you can shed some light on why Canelo ducked him for years.Last edited by TonyGe; 08-27-2019, 11:12 PM.Comment
