Odds On Canelo vs Kovalev. Cats Who Got Kovalev Legit Winning Need To Make Some Bets

I was hoping this would be closer. If you dig Kovalev $100 can get you between $333 & $450 right now doe. If I thought Kovalev had a legit chance I'd be putting some money down now before he does get closer cuz this screams dog or pass currently.

how is godnelo a 4 to 1 favorite against a champion 2 weight divisions bigger than him? I know Godnelo is the biggest name in the sport but these odds are ridiculous and kovalev should be the favorite

Looks like free money to me

This is nothing more than a Canelo cherrypick. He obviously sees something in Kovalev that he can exploit. If this was prime pre-Andre Ward Krusher Kovalev, then he wouldn't go any where near him. It's just another cowardly move by Saul Alvarez to avoid Golovkin.

The minute Yarde started hitting Kovalev to the body, he almost got him out of there. Kovalev starts folding like a cheap lawn chair when he gets touched to the mid section.

Canelo, as much as I can't stand his diva azz is gonna stop him with a body shot or accumulation of them

You have to realize that Kovalev is taking punches from legitimate 175 pounders.

Godnelo is a middleweight and isn't even a big middleweight

They (odds makers) must believe Kovalev is that past prime for Canelo to be such a wide favorite. No other title fight from 160 to 168 (much less 175), would have Canelo favored as much as against Sergey. That says a lot.

Agree. Idk how people got so much confidence in Kovalev these days. This ain't the guy from 4 or 5 years ago. Dude is the real life King Hippo. Shocked Yarde didn't work the body more than he did from round 1. Feel like this wouldn't even be a valid betting line today if so. Kovalev is definitely not getting by Canelo at 171, 175 or with no re-hydratation clause.

Dre don't punch that hard & he had Kovalev f#cked up to the body. Kovalev's body is soft as f#ck. Canelo can surely do the same.

Not too mention Canelo is gonna make Kovalev miss more than he's ever missed so he's gonna fatigue even quicker then normal likely making the punishing to the body even worse.

That jab is all Kovalev gots & I don't see a jab winning the day for him here.

Canelo is going up two weight classes, we have no idea if his power will transfer over. He's not a KO artist at 160, he got to where is now with his boxing skills, not his power. Odds should not be this wide.

We already see the Canelo haters lining up their excuses now. Some of them have the nerve to say that Kovalev is a cherry pick! Steve Rolls is a cherry pick, Kovalev is a champion at light heavyweight. These people won't be satisfied unless Canelo steps up to fight Deontay Wilder
