Fight Gvozdyk - Beterbiev winner or Bivol or retire.

No need to fight Canelo, no need to see this ****. i don`t care about mismatches. Canelo is 2 divisions smaller man.

Add to that his getting older, the drinking issues and his susceptibility to body shots, and there's a good chance for him to lose badly.

However, I'll root for the Krusher in this one.
The match making for Canelo has been second to none. Eric Gomez picks the right time with the right guy at the right weight...genius-level matchmaking.

Not to worry. Canelo will win because Kovalev is old, slow and has absolutely no inside game, never did, never will.

Canello picked Kovalev for a reason and Kovalev wants the money so it's a good fit.

Future generations won't care that Kovalev was shot to $hlt and Kovalev doesn't care about much of anything.

I just don't see Kovalev beating Canelo. I could be wrong but Krusher is pretty shopworn and his weaknesses play into Alvarez's strong points. I realize that Yarde is a big strong LHW but Canelo is a different level of skill. His defense is much improved and he is very capable of cutting the ring off and digging to the body.

I don`t see it that way. Canelo never fought someone as big as Kovalev is. You guys say Canelo will beat Kovalev with body shots, but you are forgetting that Kovalev would have a huge reach advantage. next, Kovalev is much bigger puncher than anybody Canelo fought.

You can`t be serious if you think canelo can beat Kovalev at 175.

I cant see in what universe Canelo can win this fight, other than controversially again. He is far too small, has the power of a welterweight and will either be knocked out or totally schooled. But like many of his other dubious fights he has probably bought the judges off.

I think alot of folks will be surprised. Kovalov was not interested in the yard fight. He is interested in Canelo. Yard is big and strong younger then Canelo. It will be a completely different fight. Kovalov is 50 times better then feilding and he can still box and is naturally bigger. I thinking that Canelo will be more causious when he feels krushers power. Make this fight now

Well, if waiting for ggg's 50th b-day to fight is is next level, then I agree
