You lot are idiots and haters. Why didn't you post gifs of when AJ was working Parker on the inside and was landing uppercuts and the ref kept breaking up the fight?

This idiotic narrative about the ref helping AJ against Parker is the dumbest propaganda out there when Parker's team have NEVER complained about it and they were the ones who picked the referee. It's like the dumb propaganda about the Takam fight in a fight where Takam didn't even win a single round and his two eyes were bursted. The ref just saved him from getting killed in the ring.

Parker's team PICKED the referee and they instructed him to do that shi..tt because they thought Parker would outbox AJ. But it never worked their way.

Dumb fat yanks. The refs have helped Wilder throughout his career than they have helped AJ.

It's the biggest knock on AJ. He's a tall 6'6 guy who likes fighting like Mike Tyson, who's 5'11. You're tall and you've to fight tall and use your height and reach advantage.

Fighting like Mike Tyson is good against guys your size, if you're faster than them. But against short guys, it's the worst style ever for a tall guy. And that's why he struggles with short guys all the time.

If he was a quick learner he would have learn how not to fight shorter guys AFTER he fought Povetkin, he made himself shorter agains Pov and nearly has his head taken off, 9 months down the line, he fought another short guy, whose speed advantage was there for all to see and he fought to Ruiz’s height. And we all saw the results, there is a reason why he got hurt badly by Ruiz, like Timothy Bradley said “Fight to your height”

Peter Fury always seems to have spoken highly of Joshua, I believe this is because of Joshua's character.

'If Joshua is looking for extra help in camp, I think Peter Fury is a good candidate'. Straight talking and no nonsense, also outside of the ring due to his culture 'The man understands fighting from multiple perceptions & ideologies'.

It is easy to keep things in house, instead of chasing a american trainer with a fancy persona.

Then he gradaully lost 10lbs until he was 213/214 for Ortiz and Fury. A 10lb wight gain on a guy that is 6 foot 7 to a weight he previously fought at is not eye brow raising.
It's more su****ious than anything that AJ has done considering Wilders age and the short time frame of the 'gains'. It also look more su****ious that he started losing the weight just after the WBC introduced 365 VADA.

Tbf his size and possible muscle memory does make it a less significant gain but I was more making a point to the other poster that there just as much of a case if not more.

"A-Side" just whooped "No Soul" and he will do it again, it doesn't matter what "No Soul" does, "A-side" has his number.
Did you say that by mistake?

They are saying that Joshua should try to beat Ruiz the way that Parker beat Ruiz.

Nobody is saying Joshua should fight Ruiz the way he fought Parker at all.

Ruiz was kept at distance and out pointed by Parker when they met.

I'm not commenting on how people on the forum are saying as only skim read it, but the general view here is Joshua fights Ruiz the way Joshua fought Parker. By the way, Ruiz beat Parker hands down and was robbed away from home.
