All Canelo needed was Roids+Paid judges to get a draw in the first fight, got caught doing roids and the 2nd fight had to be delayed but still had the judges in his pocket for the 2nd fight.

The diva was scrambling to find a credible opponent after he ducked (avoided, sidestepped, refused to fight etc) Golovkin.

Right. Lots of people said that Nelo will just give the next guy down the line his biggest pay day ever. Obviously “opponents” need to stand together to get their prices up. Someone may take whatever Nelo is offering but by then that person may not end up being a viable opponent for fans or even DAZN. Nelo didn’t end up fighting anyone. Now he has one less belt. I know Nelo runs this, but not to the point everyone is going to jump at the most money they ever made but at the same time getting the lowest cut they have ever received.

Kathy never said any such thing. They (Gomez) ask about a catchweight which was shot down. Then about a day of the fight weigh-in, requirements not specified.

The fight will not happen without Kovalev agreeing to a contract specified weight restriction. Canelo will deny it of course just as he denied that Jacobs was weight restricted by contract, except that he was.
