The longer Hearn drags this out, the longer Joshua has to live with the fact that he’s 0-1 against Ruiz.

I know Ruiz signed the contract and should honor it BUT the guy deserves more money and atleast the venue. (1) he is the unified champion (2) he beat the champion & (3) the NY crowd were all AJ fans I wanna say 3/4ths of the crowd. I'm not saying he should make more than AJ but atleast a minimum of 12 million. That's just my thoughts though.Comment

If Haymon really thought he would win there is no way he lets Ruiz sign that rematch clause. Al’s been in the game too long for that. You ever think that maybe your underestimating haymon???? You ever think maybe haymon knew how good Ruiz was when he signed him and got him a life changing opportunity at the last minute because he knew something that hearn didnt??? I think while hearn was thinking showcase for Joshua, haymon was already thinking upset and already planning for this bs with the rematch. Hearn officially got played and haymon now has the division on lock.
They wanted the fight and Hearn had the leverage to get anyone on their list to sign whatever was needed.
It only doesn’t make sense when you factor in that Ruiz could win.
A guy making $200k signing for a guaranteed $9 million for a rematch he was probably wasn’t going to see anyway wasn’t enough to kill the fight over only if you think he won’t win.
Haymon thought even a loss raises his profile and he could make more money off of him against his own fighters.Comment

I've said from day 1 it's the money. I've never said anything about security. America had mass shootings once a week. A guy killed over 50 people in Vegas. How the hell am I, as an American, gonna complain about security in Saudi Arabia? I've never brought up security or human rights. Americans have no room to talk on those issuesSo which is it? He wants more money in SA or he is scared about SA or he gets no "security" in SA? If its the money then it isnt either of the other too. He just wants more money.
This is the problem, you PBC sheep are all trying to convince us you all have valid reasons but they keep mounting up, then they start to contradict one another. Then it becomes clear we are just hearing a list of BS excuses just like every time they dont want a fight to happen or some other weird outcome.Comment

Ruiz wouldn't have gotten the fight without a rematch clause. That was a voluntary not a mandatory. Nobody is getting a voluntary title shot without a rematch clauseComment

It's not the terror threat people are advised not to travel for its the crazy laws, draconian medieval punishments and the human rights abuses that are the issue. Surely even someone as hard of thinking as you can grasp thatHearn has always been a ****** scumbag but I think Arum is the ****** one here. Saudi Arabia and pretty much every country in Europe, including the UK - is on the same level of threat according to the US government.
You can call Hearn ****** for picking a PBC fighter and not just anyone, the one with the worst style match-up vs AJ on short notice. Call him ****** for destroying Kell Brook's career. And call him ****** for gassing up that bum, Dave Allen. But he isn't ****** for this one. Ruiz has no legs to stand on and they picked the country that will bankrupt Ruiz and PBC, if they end up renegading on the contract, since the fat fu..cker kept moaning about the UK.
I've a feeling the fight will most likely end up in Cardiff. Old fart, Arum, is the ****** one here.Comment

Buddy...you literally just described what's likely happening, but you seem to be too simple to recognize that in business you don't play your hand by being overtly obvious. What a total load of crap that all really is. If hes heard the rumour about how much the Saudi's are paying and feels the amount he signed for seems like a cheap cut and feels he is deserving of more then thats one thing and i wouldnt blame him for trying but dont come out with that utter nonsense.
There is a big list of sports that have gone to Saudi and Boxing has already been there, and none of them lost any limbs, not one. This BS your claiming sounds really fuggin ****** considering all the other sports stars that managed to ply their trade without crying the house down. Its clearly BS.
Also, tell me what major internationally renowned event took place in Saudi. Washed Amir Khan isn't it.Comment
