It's just baffling that there is all this talk of Ruiz not honoring a contract and little talk of how much of a biitch move it is for Hearn to try and move the fight to somewhere where he can more readily influence the outcome of the fight (judges, training facilities, testing, etc). This isn't proper rematch protocol.
Ruiz signed the original contract ... he is acting like a little b**ch

We have more people interested in the politics of boxing and Eddie/Bob differences than the fight itself.
