Protect his fighters from ... competing in the biggest fights in their division?

Well, it's the truth. Doesn't mean the guys are smart enough to go against what he "advises" them to do in a situation. Boxers aren't the sharpest tools in the shed, they need all the help they can get. Haymon seems to be good at controlling their minds and keeping them at home even when big $$ opportunities present themselves.

There wouldn't be any broadcasting war if Haymon allowed his fighters to fight on the platform which offers them the highest rewards for their bḷod, sweat and sacrifices.

Exactly. That's how boxing works and has always worked in the real world. PBC not willing to compete so they just block all these fights happening rather than bowing to the bigger money like everybody else does and would rather try ground this sport to a halt than not get his own way,

... I said it above: Haymon is firstly protecting his own business (just in order to protect his fighters)...

... Now, tell (for instance): just how Crawford would make more money without fighting Spence on Showtime?... and did you forget that he offered AJ $50 million in order to fight Wilder on Showtime as well?...

... I don't want to take sides here, but Haymon also had his calls...

How is he protecting his fighters? I can see how he is protecting his business but i dont see how he is protecting his fighters and i dont see what his fighters need protecting from.

Lets go back to Joshua v Luis Ortiz. How did he protect Ortiz during those negotiations? Hearn offered a hell of alot more money to face Joshua than Haymon was offering to pay him against Wilder. Hearn was offering the chance to fight for 4 world titles where as Haymon was offering 1.

So that less world titles for alot less money. In what way is he protecting Ortiz and what was he protecting him from? And dont forget the shady extra time Wilder got to recover in that fight, where was Ortiz protection then?

I see you stating Haymon is protecting his fighters but from what? Improving? Making more money? Fighting for more belts? I dont get it.

... Well, Haymon (with the help of that "GBP executive") managed to rob almost all ODLH fighters... so it goes...

Well maybe finkel shouldn't of refused to show Hearn and joshua the terms and conditions. It's not a real offer with out knowing what your signing for. I can't believe people still bring that nonsense up.

We will give you 50 mill just sign up, what are the terms? WE ARE NOT TELLING YOU UNTIL YOU ACCEPT IT. accept what? WE ARE NOT TELLING YOU.
