I have proven to this guy time and time again how off base he is! There were dozens of examples provided. I'm not wasting my time again. I actually shouldn't have bothered before either. There is plenty of proof that he doesn't know what he is talking about. I asked him to provide an example where he does. If that is beyond your comprehension then..........

I now claim that he cannot hit against me. Do I have to strike him out again to prove my point? Sid -Knee has been proven wrong for as long as I am on this forum. I’m not him mate. I’ve had an account for over 10 years. I’m just pointing out that the Burden of proof is with the accuser - in this case you. If you accuse someone of something, you need to supply corresponding proof.
That theoretical baseball player could say ‘I struck you out on ...’ and provide proof of his dominance, because his stats are recorded.
You’d have to say ‘I proved you wrong on...’ and provide empirical proof of you beating him in disputes - but you didn’t.
Like I’ve pointed out numerous times, burden of proof is the whole basis of crime and punishment.
You’re accusing someone of something, but then saying ‘prove me wrong’. You’re supposed to have evidence to back up claims.

Pretty simple premise? If an individualy considers himself an "expert" in a certain field or on a particular topic is it not his responsibility to prove his worth if someone questions him?. I am a nuclear physicist! If you question that claim should I be responsible to supply some proof. Or do you have to prove that I am not? As for Sid he has been proven consistently wrong on a number of occasions. I was just asking for one instance where he was correct!

That's not how the law works mate. The burden of proof rests with the accuser, plain and simple. You are the accuser, and therefore must prove.
