Golovkin's idiot fanbase... who were lied to for YEARS...

... they decided to criticize Canelo loooool
its obvious, the only ones that seem butthurt with this fight are the sore gggroupies... not my favorite fight by the way, but still a very good fight considering the size difference...

LHW is from 168.1 to 175lbs.

I'll wait for the terms of the contract before praising Canelo.

Kov is old and has looks drained at 175lbs limit.

So any catchweight is just BS belt grabbing.

And I think Andrade is trash, but he gots a belt so yea throw him in line to. And I think Canelo vs BJS might be boring to a lot of fans, but I think that would be more competitive than most think.

And I'd love to see Canelo vs Benavidez when Canelo gets through all those guys at 160 in a couple years at 168. I don't envision Canelo seriously ever competing at 175. I think thats too big & this is just a vanity title he's looking to collect vs Kovalev.
I agree: Canelo v Benavidez would be a good fight. As far as cleaning up 160, unfortunately, I think DAZN can't afford for Canelo v Andrade yet because they lose a star fighter. They need both of them to continue down their paths while they build up the subscriber base and bring in more fighters. That's why we will definitely get Canelo GGG III - Not because people want to see it, but because DAZN is banking on the subscriptions. As far as 168, there's no way they put Canelo in there with Callum. Callum is a monster and would KO Canelo. DAZN is trying to play it safe, at least for now. Especially after losing rockstar Joshua...which is why Joshua is trying to cash out in Saudi Arabia

Vs Ward it was still elite the first few rounds then lost its steam just like vs Alvarez.
Showed that jab in the rematch with alvarez, wards bodyshots were nut punches, and canelo isn't a cardio king himself

Didn't think of it like that. Could be onto something.

Idk about this doe. I think Callum is maybe the 2nd most overrated guy in boxing today to Andrade. I can't get past how garbage he looked vs his first two opponents in the WBSS tournament & personally I was pissed when they dropped Brahmer cuz I had money on him upsetting Callum. And I was lowkey hoping they'd give Groves the boot when he was all effed up & let Brahmer win the tournament. Granted Callum did look good vs Groves. Then again Groves is one of those name guys whos better known from his losses than his wins so idk how impressed we should reallllly be with that.

I think Canelo would make him miss & look silly all night while making him counters til he got stopped late or he quit. Hopefully that one can happen since they are in the same family now.

Where am I saying I'm against other 160 guys fighting each other? I was just saying yesterday BJS & Andrade need to fight cuz neither of them reallllly deserve a shot at Canelo yet so a notable W gets them in the line for real.

That said Canelo's the man at 160 so the onus is on him to fight a top 3 guy every time out to me just like I thought Floyd shoulda did & did do minus that sh^t last real fight vs Berto.

These other mfers gotta be more risk averse sometimes when they are a sureshot or on the short list & I get that. Its a sport AND a business at this level. If you got a likely shot at Canelo in the next 12 months I don't expect you to take a 50/50 or too tough of a fight. If you do respect, but if you don't I get it. If I was about to be catching a $5M or w/e payday vs Canelo that'd lead to even more millions if I win I'd be fighting Gabriel Rosado next too and you & most mfers would to.

As long as there is no catchweight or limits on rehydration it would be a decent win not a great win though considering Kovalevs age and deterioration. If he moved up and beat a prime Kovalev that woukd be something!

Well, duh, they are on to his Clenbuterol abuse, so he can't stay below 168 any longer.

He had a rehydration clause for the great Rocky Fielding so expect something similar for Kov.
