Monster Inoue can do it if he cherry picks the weakest champions possible.

And if he follows a strategy of claming titles in "8 divisions" against the weakest belt holders, his standing will suffer also. He would gain far more cred by dominating a division or two, consistently fighting the best available challengers.

Anyway, I won't blame Pacquiao for his recent choices because he has given so much to the sport during his career. But I'd be pleasantly shocked if he stepped to Spence or Crawford.
