Ya'll have no idea whats in the contract or what is biding, loop holes etc..Why are ya'll talking like you have the contract on your coffee table at home??

Ya'll don't know anything about what was signed and what wasn't signed, so why post like ya'll are attorneys?

I don't. I would love to know what the contract actually says but nobody seems to really know. Hearn just says it's in the contract that AJ gets to pick the fight site but maybe it isn't.

Because Eddie Hearn isn't a total moron. No way he is going to make a deal with a country if he doesn't have a contract in place with Joshua and Ruiz. Furthermore, I am sure Saudi Arabia has seen the contract, prior to making a deal with Hearn to pay the $$$$$ that it took to bring the fight there.

                Absolutely.

And Hearn is saying there is no separate rematch contract for Andy to sign.

The terms for the rematch were included in the contract he already signed, and one of the terms is that Eddie and AJ get to pick the location and venue.

Or how many people seem to think a contract is an agreement to slavery. You don't get shot if you do not fulfill a contract you pay the agreed-upon penalties or if none are listed you go by the laws of the state/country the contract is under.

I've skimmed through the contract and Ruiz is 100% within his rights to do everything he's done.
Meanwhile, AJ is 100% in breach of contract and if he continues this way will certainly be incarcerated.
