AJ probably needs to get Oilskin Parker in for sparring and tactics.

Parker showed how to beat Ruiz and take AJ the distance.

Though I doubt AJ can match Parker's hand speed, stamina, chin or ability to fight off the back foot if necessary.

Personally I'd rather see AJ face Chisora and Parker/Ruiz 2 than A side Andy vs the Giant glass jawed robot again.

That’s what i’m saying. Everyone is calling Ruiz an idiot and saying he has to do what Hearn tells him to do, but I highly doubt Ruiz is just talking out of his ass. Haymon has to be working behind the scenes hard.

Right. This fight is worth a ton to AJ in terms of wealth, redemption etc. The fight is worth much less financially comparatively as it stands to Ruiz. AJ needs Ruiz now to get his redemption and all the belts back in one fail swoop. Ruiz can let all the titles get stripped, and who knows how they will scatter. AJ would have so many more people to negotiate with and less leverage than ever. All who could try and hold out for purse bids and mandatory splits as AJ isn’t the champ and even just came off a bad loss. It could take years to unify again. He’s open for more risk and less reward. AJ wants that extra Saudi money but they aren’t will to give Ruiz any of it to cooperate? No wonder Ruiz is being disruptive.
