Damn that bully Hearn with nothing but a signed contract in his hand, how dare he.

    Do you listen to yourself?

Ruiz might pick up a bit extra by threatening to break his contract, but at the end of the day, he signed the contract.

It's easier to organize a trip to the moon than making a title fight.

the bigger picture is already showing some glimpse. this all boils down to haymon backing up andys butt. why would andy be all this hard on negotiations if what hearn says is the rematch clause is ironclad? because andy is under haymon. all the belts are already on the pbc backyard would haymon let it all slip away with andy getting 9million and aj cashing out with 90mil?? don't think so. andy beats aj 11x if they fought 10x thats just how it is.
now the bigger picture is all the belts are already in pbc and hell it's just a matter of time we see a realtime undisputed lineal heavyweight champion. it could be andy or wilder. and this is where fury comes in play.
why did old bob suddenly announced that wilder fury 2 is a done deal for 2020? yeah you got it right. he wants fury to take on wilder before he becomes the undisputed hw champ. and furys invisible belt the so called lineal champion will be visible in wilders waist. imagine if haymon feeds andy to wilder. boyh fury and aj got fook in there butt. and pbc ruling the upper division of boxing aint that right?
but then some would say andy cant fight he's under rematch clause. pfffft. theyll just pay somekind of what damage fee?? just like a step aside fee or buyout the contract. whatever it is. and boom andy is free. and i can see andy vs wilder coming in fruition.
aj and hearn gets screwed bigtime.
fury and uncle bob saying bye bye to that 50 50 split.
          damn haymon on the move.

Ruiz can wriggle and squirm all he likes. People can talk about how Haymon will be working behind the scenes, and I'm sure he will be.

But a contract is a contract. A well drafted contract is very unforgiving. If you break it there are defined consequences and you are going to incur major liability.

You can think what you like of Hearn but he and his father have been in the game a long time. They know how to draft a contract. Ruiz will have little room to breathe. If he breaks the contract they will own him.

Hearn may cut Ruiz some slack to get the deal done sooner rather than later but basically it is extremely likely that he dictates the terms.

Andy didn't have to sign the contract. But he did. Now he has to live up to it or pay the price for breaking it. And the price for breaking it is likely to be enormous. Hearn will not just be able to claim for the lost revenues his team could have earned under the contract. He will also be able to claim punitive damages because it will be obvious that Ruiz's failure to perform was wilful.

It's the law. It might not be what you want to hear. But it's the law.

Lol...don't believe the Haymon is a GOD theory because he's not.

Don King did the same thing to Hasim Rahman, talk to him and convinced him to try to break his rematch contract with Lennox Lewis.

Lewis said that the rematch clause was binding and he was right, the court sided with him because Rahman couldn't give a good reason why he wanted out. Ruiz will suffer the same faith, he'll lose in court and will have to pay Eddie handsomely.

Well he is lying seeing as he did sign the original contract which is why he currently holds the belts. That contract had a rematch clause, Ruiz even admitted as much himself.

Just make the fight and shut up, this pointless drama is getting old...

Wilder and Ruiz aint doing that.

I just want to see this rematch happen. Can't blame Ruiz for wanting it in NYC and something must be dodgy with the rematch clause if they are still trying to chance the location. If that's the case, Hearn has dropped a massive clanger there!
