1/Ruiz drops the titles

2/ He fakes injury

Either one sets up a interm title fight or next in line and is IBF's own mando Pulev.

Under the IBF rules any fighter ( Ruiz ) that fails to comply and breaches any SIGNED contract ( we know its signed the PRESS conference ) will face be stripped if the committee votes on it. Once a bout is announced under the IBF rules they have 30 days to come to an agreement ...this fight has ALREADY been agreed upon and the IBF has approved it ( HOW do you not get this ) .

the promoter HAs to provide a REAL contract ( theres only one) to the IBF ands signed by both parties and without that a PRESS conference isn't possible bc it needs the sanctioning bodies approval .


ANY champion that is non complient will need proof of why and evidence why they cannot participate. The Presser was done because a signature was there and refusal to fight has legal penalties like stripping of titles. This includes the nonsense of any Pulev replacing AJ ? What/how ?

Taking precedence over this fight and claiming Pulev will fight Ruiz ,yea id like to see that ,i'll delete my account because uts not possible without the AJ fight being done we know you wont you can't fork over money you lose on here I heard ? Ha The fight is in play NOW so good luck with A side Andy wiggling out of it.....i'll be watching AJ fighting in Saudi against Ruiz or Pulev maybe you wont but the rest of us will because that's where AJ next fight is .

3.B. Return Bouts
No contract for a Championship contest shall contain any clause or any provision,
whatsoever, guaranteeing or in any way assuring or promising either contestant a return
Championship contest where such clause or provision interferes with the mandatory
defense of a title.

Rule 4. Failure of Champion to Fulfill Contract
If a Champion shall fail to fulfill on schedule his/her contractual obligation to engage in
his/her mandatory bout, the Championships Committee shall recommend to the President and the
Board of Directors that recognition of the title be withdrawn and the title be declared vacant.

Not for that reason. Eddie can sue Ruiz and Al Haymon IF they fail to honor the contract Andy Ruiz signed in regards to the rematch if in fact the contract states that Eddie Hearn can choose the location of where to stage the rematch.

Too many "ifs" and accusations. Calm down son, it will all play out as it will. You may end up with no complaints when it does (doubtful but maybe).

LoL @ hearniacs ready to whine for hearn to get his way. hearn has to learn to give and take in negotiations. Andy wants to do the rematch, but everything does not HAVE to be on hearns terms ... probably won't be. All I'm saying is that IF Andy signed a contract that gives Eddie the power to choose a location for the rematch then he should honor it.

All I've heard Andy say is that he's the A side and that the fight is on his terms. But if Andy already signed a contract giving Eddie the power to choose a place for the rematch then he can claim A side all he wants but if it's writing then not much he can do about it...
But I haven't heard Andy say Eddie is lying or denying he signed a contract.. .
So that's all I'm saying. If he signed the contract then he should honor it.
If he didn't sign a contract that gives Eddie the power to choose a rematch location then hell yeah Andy Ruiz should have a say so on where the rematch is held!
