Somebody got in his ear because 2 million is not a low ball. Hopefully they put up more to make the fight happen but it feels and looks like a blatant duck from Farmer.

You have two belt holders wanting to fight each other (apparently). They are both being offered career high pay days it seems. Tank's a bigger name, fair enough, never said he wasn't.

But if the fighters agree to a split, I suggested 65/35% but whatever it is, I also acknowledged this might not be easy, but assuming they can then the split is set and which ever platform wants the fight the most offers the most money and everyone wins, the fight gets made.

How is this not the best case for everyone we should care about, i.e. the fighters and the public? Your response is Farmer isn't as popular as Tank which is both true and completely irrelevant, besides Tank needs decent competition.
Davis' competition is more than decent. Davis almost decapitated the guy who TKOed Farmer in Pedraza.

Rather, Davis needs a top notch competition. Farmer isn't one. I'm kinda disappointed. He's wasting his time.

A 5 mil package for Davis. You don’t think MP is taking part of that 🤣

Sounds like they were offered the same package.
I was told promoters don't get a cut off a boxer's purse? Not true? I thought they made a percentage.

Pedraza? Really? That was over 2 and a half years and 5 fights ago and the names have gotten worse over that time. Farmer might not be the biggest name but at least its a solid unification for a career high pay day, its better than what he has been doing.

But yeah, if he signs to fight loma next all is forgiven.

The point was: I don't think that Farmer is even a decent competition for Davis. Don't care what they get paid, no cent of it comes to me.

No forgiveness needed. Davis, at 24, is still on target or overachieved at this point. I rather he fought tough journeymen than playfighting and clowning Tevin. That's what Gervonta would be doing the whole fight. Farmer is a few levels lower.

Only the PBC can turn down offers and make a counter offer thats weaker than the original and then walk away crying lowball. They are an embarrassment i keep saying it now its actually getting funny.

So you agree he should take the easy money, unify for the first time and keep it moving 5 million richer then right? How isn't the best thing for Tank at the moment.

2million? Seems low for such a big fight

They don’t get a cut when a promoter offers their own fighter a fight on their own card.

In this case Matchroom is offering MP a package for a Davis fight. MP would take their cut out of that.

Tanks contact should state what percent MP gets from a purse from an outside promoter.

Clear. Thanks. The 5 mil includes a cut for MP.
