I agree that Farmer should take it. That's alot of money for a fighter of his caliber!
But at the same time Davis been making $1 million dollars per fight so he should also take the 5 million.
But I blame Floyd and Al Haymon for not allowing Davis to accept that money to fight on DAZN.
But in the long run I think Davis will recoup those 5 million and ALOT more.
I'm not too sure about Farmer though...Comment

If Hearn came with an offer like he did with Ramirez I'd tell Farmer to take it to. But Hearn wants options on Tank. That's not happening. And Farmer wants $5 mil to.I agree that Farmer should take it. That's alot of money for a fighter of his caliber!

Yeah it'll be hard for farmer to get 5 million anywhere. And there's no way Hearn is getting options on Davis. If he's offering Davis 5 million plus options then he's crazy! That ain't happening!Comment

This comment is completely irrelevant to my point.
You have two belt holders wanting to fight each other (apparently). They are both being offered career high pay days it seems. Tank's a bigger name, fair enough, never said he wasn't.
But if the fighters agree to a split, I suggested 65/35% but whatever it is, I also acknowledged this might not be easy, but assuming they can then the split is set and which ever platform wants the fight the most offers the most money and everyone wins, the fight gets made.
How is this not the best case for everyone we should care about, i.e. the fighters and the public? Your response is Farmer isn't as popular as Tank which is both true and completely irrelevant, besides Tank needs decent competition.Comment

Farmer is an undercard fighter getting boo'd out of a half empty arena with 25k people watching. Farmer 4 fight contract with DAZN was a total of $2 mil. Davis is a star with everybody in the division calling him out. Farmer doesn't get a percentage. He can go back to DAZN and keep fighting in front of half empty stadiums with 25k people watching. This comment is completely irrelevant to my point.
