His whole DAZN contact was $2mil.

For instance, Tevin Farmer (28-4-1, 6 KOs) is the IBF junior lightweight (130 lbs) champion, having lost in controversial fashion to Kenichi Ogawa in December 2017, only for Ogawa to fail for steroids. His second bite at the cherry saw him win the vacant title against Billy Dib, and his two title defenses thus far have been on DAZN, as part of a co-promotional deal between Lou DiBella and Matchroom USA. When Farmer fought Ogawa, his official purse was $70,000. His Matchroom contract is reportedly worth up to $2 million for four fights, which is undeniably above market value. One outlet claims Farmer made roughly $700,000 for his TKO of James Tennyson in October, and then had a quick turnaround and won a decision vs. Francisco Fonseca last month on the Canelo vs. Fielding undercard.

Well then he is not very smart, I doubt DAZN is going to pay him that much money again so good luck to him. He stunk it up the last time he was on DAZN and was bashed on social media after that fight. I doubt DAZN even wants him back to be brutally honest

The fighters should agree to a split, say 65/35% or whatever is fair (sure not that easy I understand) and then Showtime & Dazn should bid on the fight, whoever offers most gets it.

Both fighters get the most money, the Network that wants it more gets it, and more importantly the fight gets made.

I mean they must be wanting him since he isn't getting that type of money from any other network.

He told me personally that he isn't budging. He says he is one of the slickest fighters out there like David Lemieux and Floyd Mayweather. He says they get paid the highest because they are the slickest and he deserves the same. I mean I think he was looking at me when he said it, but I am really not sure.

This isn't May/Pac. This ain't even Crawford/Spence. Farmer is fighting on the undercard and getting boo'd out the arena. Farmer is no where near Davis level in or out the ring

Farmer's while 4 fight deal with DAZN was $2 mil total. He's being offered a one fight unification for that price.
