Yes that's a press conference ,when a fight is announced and the promoter is there to answer questions which require approval of the IBF which requires a contract to be approved as well as the other sanctioning bodies that are needed to agree to what is given to them.

It would be illegal for Hearn to stage a false press conference of any kind because that's fraud , people are in for a very bad reality check because the only thing Ruiz is doing is lying and most actually believe him as hes just asking for more money which he can but if anyone thinks it stops the signed fight in Saudi and approved contracts they really are out of touch.
