Floyd didn't rematch Pac even though.many controversies even if you think Floyd won clearly. Floyd could rematch nel o as people would like to see. Stop making the he beat him clearly excuses, so no need to rematch.
You can pot shot the baldomirs, guerreros, berto of this world and bore people to tears and people wouldn't want to see rematch.
But guys like nel o who weren't at their best or Pac your main rival people want it, even if I personally don't want Pac v may 2
You blew yourself out of the water with your very first quote.

"Floyd only gave rematches when most thought he lost."

The majority of the world knows Floyd beat Manny ! do you see how it goes. "Floyd only gave rematches when most thought he lost."

there is NOBODY..... that Mayweather could not beat

Pac also lost to MULTIPLE other fighters..... AND he got knocked out more than once by a total nobody

good luck thinking there is a chance historians will forget about that

      NOT..... EVEN..... CLOSE !!
historians will remember pac is the only 8 div champion...the epic fight he fought...his loses will just be a footnote

historians will remember floyd with his my health comes first mantra..and his father's stop fighting scared corner song..the most vegas protected fighter ever...for good reason though..his the money man..

He gave it all in training in gym. But didn't leave it all in the ring. Far too cautious
I like Mayweather's fighting style, very intelligent and technical. Although not many people are a fan of his art but he's good at what he does. "Money Mayweather" that is, "Pretty Boy" Floyd was something else, more of vicious combination-puncher.

He's more of a business/marketing man than an actual fighter. But you've got to give him props, the man worked extremely hard and kept the discipline to stay on top which many tend to fall behind even if he's a bit of a fraud which is somewhat I agree.

I'm a fan of his boxing style and what he has accomplished for himself in the sport and his knowledge of "health and safety first before the dangers of boxing, hit and not get hit" but his personality can sometimes be quite a turn off.

FLoyd used his fights are boring and nobody wants to see a rematch as an excuse to not give rematches?. Pac gave rematch to barrera a man he beat so convincingly so whats FLoyds excuse? Pac knew people wanted to see it so gave public what they want! You do know you can lose a rematch don't you.
Floyd not giving opponents rematches doesn't reflect well on Floyd historically. Yet Floyd fans try twist logic and try make out its a good thing

they will remember every single one of Pacquiao's fights, including his numerous losses... and they will remember every single one Mayweather's fights, including his 0 losses

They will remember floyd robbing Castillo and maids and not giving rematches people wanted to see. And floyd fans keep going on about unbeaten records more than other fighters fans who were also unbeaten without gift decisions. Also not taking risks fighting in Mexico, Philippines or manchester amongst many other unfavourable things like needing IV fluids to beat pac

they will remember Pac getting beaten up by Jeff Horn..... and then being too scared to jump on a plane to Australia to set the record straight

                    • Pac will be remembered for being the most exciting fighter of his era.
Floyd will be remembered for having the shortest highlight video of any top fighter.
