Saw in another post that Blake Caporello looking for big fights, since they are relatively close to each other geographically speaking that could be a good matchup.

I imagine it would be a fairly competitive fight but would favor Meng by late rounds stoppage or decision.

He isn’t untested at all lmao.

And he’s the hardest hitting LHW bar none. Probably the hardest LHW I’ve ever seen. And with his amateur pedigree that’s a dangerous thing. He beat Kovalev twice in the ams, and has a win over Usyk as well.

His last fight against Hot Rod (who got robbed on the cards against Marcus Browne) was as one sided as you could get.

Yeah figured I was talking about the wrong one of the two. Thread makes more sense now. I don't know a lot about the LHW division. Granted Gvozdyk retired Adonis Stevenson, his last fight with Ngumbu wasn't anything special, another older guy on the way out, I forget what happened but I think it ended with knee injury.

Meanwhile Beterbiev is knocking everyone out in under 4-5 rounds. Looked like he legitimately dropped Alexander Johnson with a power jab when his mouth was open all gassed out. Gave Callum Johnson a good beating despite getting caught hooking with a flash knockdown but he looked fine after. And his latest outing vs Kalajdzic he made Tim Bradley audibly gasp with the very first punch he threw of the night. Also like you said as one sided as it gets, he was out on his feet from round 3 on. Thrilling fighter to watch.

Cant wait to see what Teddy is going to say to his guy in the corner in what could be a bad blowout.

Nail has a really good amateur pedigree as well, so it should be a fantastic fight. He’s one of the Ukrainian triplets with Usyk and Lomachenko who gets trained by Loma’s Dad. His last fight was boring as all hell, but he utterly dominated Adonis in their fight. The scorecards were a joke. Ref also missed a knockdown as well. I’m picking Beterbiev but it’s by no means an easy fight.

Fanlong Meng is a ballsy guy and I'm glad the Chinese market will finally get a big guy competing at world level, he's not a bad boxer btw. Might surprise some with how decent he is.
