If you have paid close enough attention to what I wrote, then you would have known that I said that Ruiz would not be able to fight unless he got that permanent injunction lifted on appeal.

Once again please pay close attention to what I am about to say, so your low IQ brain can process what I am about to write ok? Counterinjunctions are injunctions that stop or reverse the enforcement of another injunction; Particularly a Permanent injunction.

Both motions are typically filed concurrently; Which means at the same time.
Its not one upping its posting common sense on here and not lying like you do and cry about it when its pointed out to you .

A side Andy's trainer has just said they have to go wherever the contract says which is decided by team AJ,he specifically said they have to wait on him to decide and it has been ,so the entire time you were posting false posts and knowingly you wasted your time.

Again a permanent injuncture stops anyone from working that's a permanant injuncture ,you'll see it first hand should foolish Ruiz go to legal proceedings then you can tell me all the fights hes doing then which you again lied about because he cannot fight if they are put on him all along posting temper tantrums of a kid still in middle school cursing and telling others to relax because he cant cope with adult logic.

What you ultimately failed to do while looking all this up is realize the defending party still needs REASONABLE cause for a counter and with A side Andy own signature on the agreed terms ,like I said good luck with that

AJ is still the man of the division. Which ever way, its a loose loose for Ruiz. I still believe the best option for him is to cash in and try to win the rematch.
I understand what you are saying but Joshua has been exposed since and is no longer invincible. That fear factor is now gone. All of his opponents will be confident in knowing they can knock him out because it has already been done before.

It's just like Mike Tyson. Before everyone was afraid of Mike Tyson because of his punching power but once opponents lost that fear of Mike Tyson, then he started getting his asswhooped.

I am going to calm down but you do have a tendency of coming across as being a very smug and arrogant prick at times. You have bad reputation for shaming and belittling other posters on here who don't agree with you.

Also, why do you continue to repeat yourself? I get all of that. You've said that before.

In addition, when have I ever lied? Everything I present is fact, truth, proof and history.

The fact is the PBC is not going to voluntarily relinquish that much power (title belts) without a fight. Currently, they are in possession of all four major sanctioning body heavyweight title belts.

Chances are if Matchroom doesn't capitulate and surrender to all of Team Ruiz' demands and conditions then there will be no fight. The PBC are preparing to challenge the legality of this rematch clause in court; If they don't get what they want.

At this very present moment; The PBC's team of attorney's are thoroughly going over every single detail of that original contract, with a fine-tooth comb in order to find any loophole they can use in order to exploit it in court. Then Joshua may never get those titles back again once the sanctioning bodies start calling in their mandatories.

Everybody will come with the idea that he has been KOed until they get KOed themselves. This is boxing but that aside, everybody wants to fight him cos of the financial reward that comes with it.
              That's the bottom line.
With or without belts, he will always have challengers that want to get paid.

Andy has never earned anything close to half a million until he fought AJ. That's what am talking about.

He can't forget the route that got him there though. His Olympic gold medal, undefeated record and becoming a unified world heavyweight champion.

If he starts accumulating too many Ls his stock his going to drop considerably. He needs to get back on a winning streak as soon as possible or he'll start losing his drawing power and demand.

If he doesn't win this rematch, then his career would be pretty much over. He'll start losing both his fans and corporate sponsorships.

With or without a win in the rematch, hez still the golden goose of the division but as you have rightly said, he needs to go back to winning ways especially the Ruiz rematch.
If he win which am sire he will, Ruiz win can be tagged rahman/Douglas and everybody will move on.

I think what everyone is misunderstanding from the tweet... at least what I can gather is he wants more than 9 million to fight in saudi arabia... key being SA. It doesn't say he wants more than 9 million for the rematch... just if it's there.

He don’t have to fight there. Saudi Arabia is a security risk. Even if Matchroom took him to court no US court is gonna force a citizen to go to a security risk country. Hearn will have to show him the money if the fights there.
