Deontay Wilder vs. Andy Ruiz Jr.

Who wins? I think Wilder stops him.

I kind of hope the fight doesn't happen, though. The last thing we need is Wilder holding ALL the belts hostage.

There's always a great chance of getting KTFO when you're in there with Wilder so the best way to beat him is to outbox him. If Ruiz comes in super heavy like he was against Joshua then he'd be a sitting duck but if he comes in say around 250 then he wins IMO. Ruiz's boxing skills are underrated.

I would pick Wilder by KO. They would slug it out most likely. Wilder has the speed and the reach to stay at distance most of the time. Wilder took some heavy blows from Ortiz and stayed on his feet. His chin is good and I think he can take Ruiz's power. I don't think Ruiz can take the power of Wilder's straight right and I think that punch will put Ruiz in trouble. Wilder is a great finisher and also a one punch KO guy.

1st thought would have to be a KO win for Wilder. But then Wilders only faced 1 maybe 2 people as good as Ruiz in his whole career. Ortiz maybe. Hes old and shot and never proved he has what it takes anyway and Fury was the other and Fury beat him. But my money would still go on Wilder. Heavyweight division though, it only takes one. Yeah Wilders the hardest hitter in the sport but most of the Heavies hit more than hard enough to end a fight with 1 shot.

Deontay will have all them belts round his waist by this time next year.

He's the hungriest, meanest in the game... cain't nobody stop him!

obviously you have to favor Wilder but Ruiz has an excellent jab that he works off of and that has given Wilder trouble before.

Fury will defeat Wilder and Joshua will do Ruiz in, so this fight is unlikely but Wilder will end it by mid rounds.

The longer you're in there with Wilder the chances of his fight hand detonating against you rises as well. I think the best way is to try and blitz him hard from the start, he doesn't seem to have an iron chin and can be staggered from hard shots. I think the best way is to aim for an early KO.

The blue print is there by Wilders own fights of him getting being out boxed so you don't want to try and out box him you have to hurt him and end the fight sooner then later, even Breazeale wobbled him with the first punch landed and had Wilder going back. Fury is the only one that can get away with it due to longer reach and point fights fighter but Kownacki is going to get hit at some point and lose trying to out box Wilder ,
