Nothing you've said makes sense
All Canelo needs is a LHW Champ win, and he surpasses Floyd's resume

It makes perfect sense! lol. How does ''The Best Ever'' in a boxer dodge Cotto or Canelo's Middleweight belts? Mayweather could've easily done 155 if he did it with Cotto and perhaps Canelo at 155. How come Mayweather was quiet when Cotto and Alvarez had the Middleweight straps. If it's easy work, how come he didn't attempt 6 division Champ status, Ring or Lineal with them? 1 lb?

It's going to be very hard for Canelo to pass Floyd's resume because Canelo lost to a 36 year old Floyd, who won his first pro title down at 130 lbs.I've seen people on this forum say Andrade is the Lara of 160.. ok.. so if Canelo vs Andrade is official then in essence it's the fight of Lara vs Mayweather that never happened while Floyd had the WBA Super hostage for a hot minute!
So I'm thinking to say which were Floyd's most difficult challenges, perhaps stems from Corrales to DLH? Maybe Cotto? Floyd fighting Alvarez at 152 would be like Canelo forcing any of the current Champs at 168 to fight at 166...
And again, in all of Floyd's confidence, he didn't dare to want 6 division status and Lineal and Ring belts with Cotto or Alvarez at 155? Why? More money, and more acclaim to the weights. Yeah I want to see Floyd fans say ''but you want Floyd to move up 1lb...''
So we conclude, did Floyd ever venture 15lbs North, skip a division with the guys and attempt an offer to something like Kovalev?
Canelo NOW at 29 should beat Andrade and fight a Champ at 175. It will supersede Mayweather's resume if we want to talk the soul of difficulty, not bags or Bertos or Guerreros or McGregors or the Flyweight Pac with them HGH calf muscles
Canelo is one of the few fighters not working with him that Floyd praises. He always has Canelo winning when asked about potential match ups. Before Canelo-GGG, he said he had Canelo knocking GGG out. Floyd said this because the dream fight that fans wanted to see was Floyd-GGG. Floyd knew that if Canelo beat GGG, he can say, "Now everyone knows GGG couldn't beat me because he's got Canelo probems."
Floyd praises Canelo because he thinks that the stronger Canelo's resume gets, it boosts his own legacy. Canelo was a good win on Floyd's resume in 2013, but that win's value has only increased with time.
Floyd started praising Pacquiao as soon as he got the win over Pacquiao, saying Pacquiao was the second best fighter of their generation. Now Floyd is minimizing Pacquiao's win over Thurman by saying, "I beat you and became your boss."
Pacquiao and Canelo have each increased their own legacy since they lost to Floyd, but in doing so they've increased Floyd's legacy as well, which makes the gap hard to close.Comment

Nah. Floyd fought an old Oscar at the full 154 per Oscar. Floyd had to fight Cotto at the full 154 for Cotto’s Super WBA strap.
Floyd was shook of a young buck at the full 154, whom was already having issues making weight since Cintron. If Canelo or Cotto were easy Fights then logic tells you that Floyd would’ve easily done his 6th Division merit along with Lineal and Ring at 155 with either the Puerto Rican or the Mexican.
Instead he chose to fight Maidana and so on...Comment
