Max Kellerman: Manny Pacquiao has a case for the best pound-for-pound fighter ever

[QUOTE=aboutfkntime;19956858]Pac beat a mid-level welter..... one who did not look like the same (largely-unproven) fighter since returning from injury/inactivity.../QUOTE]
- -Marg prob the record setting welter with 12 consecutive Ring Ranked years, so the only thing unproven is you.
Manny holds multi Ring P4P records whereas you soil yourself yet again.
Better off if you just said you can't stand either and too ****** to know why...the truth!!!Comment

I agree with Max. Pacman definitely has a 'case' for best p4p ever. He has an impressive journey, take risks, has great rivalries, exciting fights, set the bar high with his achievements. He has also a share of controversies, losses and comebacks which are impactful. Impossible to replicate what he has achieved especially for an Asian non-American man.Comment

Don't worry bro floyd will always be remembered as the highest paid boxer. lmaoComment

FACT: if Armstrong fought in a era that had 100+ world "titles", and 17 different divisions..... rather than a era with 8 world champions, and 8 divisions..... he would have truckloads of the rubbish that Max calls "achievements"
Max is being a fanboy fool..... which is a little disappointing
now, NONE of the (in)famous HBO 3..... have any remaining credibility
armstrong was a champion at 126-147...let's say we give him the ceferino garcia too at mw so 126-160...that's 7 divisions in today's standards, 1 division short compared to manny ..and if we go by official record, armstronng was still 3 divisions short (as a champion) compared to manny in today's standards...that's with pac skipping a couple weightclasses too btw
also, what do you think is the biggest weight difference between armstrong and his opponents?
so easy to throw garbage in and callin it "fact" but backing it up is the hard part huh lolComment

no, you forget about all that multi-division rubbish and start mentioning names
the ONLY thing that counts
one poster bought up a great point earlier.....
you can pile up all of that junk if you wish..... espy, twitter, ABC title junk..... that is fine..... but, Mayweather beat a guy with all that junk, and his name was Manny Pacquiao..... so, yea..... no matter how high you say Pacquiao is, Mayweather is higher..... not just because he beat Pacquiao, because he has more better/higher-level wins and no losses
FACT: if there was only one title today, like back in Armstrong's era..... nobody would be mentioning Pac's win over Thurman..... because Thurman would be just a mid-level guy coming off injury/inactivity, who looked terrible in his last fight
and you did not understand, among other things, that i don't consider that floyd is up there over pac because he beat him...because it is like saying all other fighters who beat pac are greater than him...
and there is also the issue of who really beats who....or are you so far remote to know there is robbery in boxing?...floyd vs castillo 1..ring a bell? you have to see things as they are now...the past should be remembered..but no matter how glorious these past may be, you have to live by the standards of today..Comment
