            Does he not believe in his abilities anymore or something? Turned down Rivas and Whyte. Why not fight a top 10 or even top 20 guy man?
            Technically Wallin is top 10 in both the WBA and IBF but rankings can be bought and sold. Interesting how BoxRec has him at only 48. He is not in Ring magazine's top 10 either. No surprise there!
