LOL, The nerve of this asshole guy's grievance. If Ginger had have fought GGG then maybe and just perhaps the IBF would have been willing to grant Alvarez an extension. However, be that as it may, things are beginning to unravel for Canelo, who has now been stripped of his IBF title and there is not a damn thing that Oscar can do about it; Not a even damn thing!

If it went to purse bid Haymon now has vital information regarding the financials and financial possibilities of a Canelo vs Derevyanchenko fight thanks to the earlier negotiations held between GB and Derevyanchenko's team. The negotiations were held completely in bad faith by Derevyanchenko and his team.

      bad faith
      - intentional dishonest act by not fulfilling legal or contractual obligations, misleading another, entering into an agreement without the intention or means to fulfill it, or violating basic standards of honesty in dealing with others. Most states recognize what is called "implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing" which is breached by acts of bad faith, for which a lawsuit may be brought.

Some of the signs of someone negotiating in bad faith are:

Negotiating without an interest in reaching an agreement
      Last-minute demands
      Hiding significant material facts

What is the problem with the negotiation if DaZn is paying the bill? DaZn is paying Canelo 30 million to fight this guy. DaZn is footing the bill not ODLH.

Al Haymon's contractual obligations to his fighters:

Haymon is required to (a) use his “best efforts” to secure remunerative boxing matches for the boxer; (b) advise and counsel the boxer in the overall development of his career; (c) secure proper training facilities and equipment for the boxer; (d) publicize and promote the talents and abilities of the boxer in the media; and (e) attempt to secure commercial endorsements, personal appearances and entertainment opportunites for the boxer.

            https://www.******.com/415577-what-w...aymon-part-ii/

How many of his fighter have benefited and gained from the above noted of Al Haymon's promises? So far none. None of is fighters have big endorsement deals, none of his fighters make big personal appearances and get paid big money for it, and none have made any in-roads in the entertainment business. None of his fighters have been made house-hold names so he has not properly promoted and publicized them. And most importantly none of his fighters have become stars.

This seems oddly familiar.. Guessing Oscar is not a big fan of irony.

Canelo is greedy AF. Why not let Dervy get a nice paycheck?

What difference does it make to Canelo at this point? He still gets paid $30m+

This makes no sense at all.
