It can’t be coincidental that every time Wilder is meant to face a decent mandatory, they always fail the drug test. And there’s always a pattern to it.

1 banned substance. A substance that needs to be taken consistently over a period of time to be of benefit. It has a detection window of 19 days and he passed a VADA test 2 days before. So he definitely wasn't taking it during training. Starting a cycle 3 days before a fight after you've already finished training makes zero sense. Logical explanation = contamination.

During the week of the fight, the results of a random test conducted June 17 by United Kingdom Anti-Doping, which oversees drug testing in the United Kingdom, came back positive for the banned steroid dianabol in his A sample. The results of Whyte's B sample have not yet been returned.

See that's a different problem. WADA rules are designed for athletics as a whole. Not specifically combat sports.

Wilder was told immediately when Povetkin failed. Same when Ortiz failed. And the WBC could have been notified without naming names. It's a bad look to claim that "rules" stops professionals from doing the right thing. And a pitiful excuse that probably won't hold up in a lawsuit.

But even if it did, you shouldn't be trying to defend it. It's wrong not to notify, period. Hearn notified everyone when Miller failed, long before the "B" sample.

There is just no excuse. For once stand up for Boxing and the athletes. No one would fault hearn and BBBoC for notifying Rivas and the WBC. If Whyte sued he wouldn't stand a chance after testing positive in the first place. Hearn said cheaters should be lifetime banned. Then he's not gonna tell 1/2 of the promotion what's going on?

The glove issue was weird and what was the explanation? If it was a comfort issue they surely would have known in advance of the fighter meeting. They brought two approved pairs and then used a different pair? Why?

Apparently Eddie is claiming an official cleared the gloves as acceptable in front of a Rivas official. But it doesn't sound like the Rivas team member was able to touch the gloves themselves.

Also Team Whyte offered Rivas to use the same gloves he was using.

Not sure this makes the situation all that much better, but thats what Eddie is claiming.

I was totally behind Big Baby. And felt like a sucker when he got exposed. If it takes that to beat the other guy, you ARE the loser. May as well fight someone on angel dust. Out of their mind, don't feel pain, boundless energy right up until the heart stops ... dangerous for all involved.

VADA is not a WADA signatory. They don't follow all WADA rules and guidelines, UKAD does. Miller was caught by VADA. UKAD followed WADA rules, they did nothing wrong.

And lastly, why does it take so long to verify the "B" sample?
This whole thing is suspect as hell and gives reason to not trust anyone involved with the testing. What? Are they waiting to see how much $$$ they can get from Hearns and Matchroom, or are they trying hard to come up with a reason, to say that the "B" sample is inconclusive.

This sucks big time.

The B sample should be tested at the same time if you can't stop a fight w/o the B sample proving the A sample is correct. Idk how long the testing they got takes, but if nothing else I think you wanna test the B sample so its done ASAP & maybe have an emergency B sample get sent for testing if a bad A sample couldn't be comformed by a B sample if the A ends up being positive.

This is all sketchy bs that shouldn't even be an issue with the UK commission didn't deal with this sh^t like professionals.

Warren said in an interview yesterday that his fighters have had test results within 24-48 hours.
