Hearn keeps saying Boxingscene is fake news

He said a lot of what was in the Hauser article was inaccurate, some was accurate, and he spoke to Boxingscene and they told him he could reply to the inaccuracies. Hearn then says he can't because a lot of that information is confidential. He also says Whyte isn't allowed to comment by the BBBoC.

But yesterday Hearn said Whyte was going to release a statement explaining everything. Now that more info has come out suddenly nobody can talk about anything.

It kind of is. For me, unless it's from an established news source I'll take it with a grain of salt. Boxingscene.com is not that imo.

I need to see it confirmed from here first...ESPN, Fox sports, BBC, etc.

Don't get me wrong, this is a fun boxing forum, best one out there I think. But it's a forum first, news source second.

There’s a lawsuit coming and Boxingscene is keeping quiet.

What was fake news about the article?

What has Boxingscene gotten wrong so many times? Most of what they post is straight news stories and press releases. I don't think they have historically gotten a lot wrong

I feel ya. For me, a lot of the written work is garbage. Typos and shiiit everywhere lol

Straight interviews are good, I'm giving them credit for that. They have a good shoe in the industry as far as interviewing, but I still need my news confirmed elsewhere before I take it seriously.

Btw, not referring to the article from Hauser specifically. Just speaking from a general news coverage perspective.

Think its abundantly clear now that Whyte popped hot (at some level) for at least trace levels of PEDs. Im just so confused how BBBoC could clear him that fast without even testing B sample. Still a lot to come out of this story
