I swear Spence reminds me of GGG so much. He's the boogey man of his division just like G was, passes the eye test with flying colors but has a sh-itty resume partly because no one wants to fight him & partly because there are few real tests at his weight.

Just like G he got challenged by a guy 2 weight classes below him & didn't look so great. Yea he beat Mikey like a drum but he was landing at will and couldn't drop him let alone stop him.

I think Bud is his Canelo. I think Bud beats him. Spence is a hard puncher with decent skills. His chin is still a ? since he hasn't been in with any punchers that I can recall. Bud is also a hard puncher but had way more tools. Id love to seem those 2 go at it if Spence beats Porter which I expect that he will. I just have a bad feeling he'll instead get the Pacquiao or Danny fight after this and then move up to 54.

Pbc can keep all their 147ers busy for the next 18 months at least without having to give Crawford anything. Arun will puke and moan but he would do the same if he had 4 of the top 5 welters.

Respect to your post. I will say that, for now, I have Spence beating Crawford. Crawford, until I see him beat down some meaningful welterweights, will be, for me, #2 behind Spence. Crawford needs to sign with RocNation or PBC or SOMEBODY that can help buy him out of his contract...because by now...he should have had a dance partner for the 2nd half of this year. Arum is absolutely skewering Crawford's career at the moment.

It's a 50/50 fight just like Canelo GGG so I can't be mad at anyone going one way or the other. To me Bud & Spences resumes are trash I only rate Buds slightly higher cuz he cleared out 140. It's the extreme fans that I can't stand who can't watch boxing objectively.

As for Bud he's in a tough spot being with TR as far as big fights go. I'm sure he thought about going PBC before he signed his extension with TR. But being that he is their only big WW I think he's getting paid more to stay there. On paper he's making more than anyone not named Pacquiao.

bud is a straight shooter & if he wasn't happy with his situation I think he'd speak up. TR is gotta be doing something to keep him happy.

Spence is trained by a guy here in dallas names blue ray sports, he will have him in tip top shape as usual but spence may have to move up in a few years hes huge

I’m saying if Spence loses to Porter, it doesn’t matter what he could do with Pacquiao, he’d be below Pacquiao/Porter/Crawford in terms of rankings. The Spence is a fraud campaign would force him to finally move to his natural weight class.
