Do we know if VADA or UKAD test the same samples? Or if they simply collect their own samples on different dates. That could be why 1 caught it and the other didn't. Depending on the days someone is taking drugs or cycling through you will pop dirty on one day and not on another.

Or VADA doesn't consider it a failed test unless you pass a specific threshold for that substance and UKAD has zero threshold if you have it you have it and you fail the test. But the real issue is why wasn't the other agency notified after the failed results? And why are the other promoter, fighters etc notified after the failed results. VADA and UKAD are independent of each other. They won't be testing each others samples or anything like that.
