If Canelo doesn't want to convincingly get a win over ggg, fine, move on. BUT, don't do it by fighting a washed up name like Kovalev who he'd probably weight drain or somebody that means nothing like Sergei. Both 160 and 168 have top quality undefeated champions in their primes between Andrade, Charlo, Callum Smith and Plant. Didn't Canelo say he pushed back the Sept date because he wanted to give his fans the best fight possible? So unless he was full of s*** when he said that, those 4 champions are the best options.

Don't forget that GGG had a clear win the first time around but was robbed. Mostly everyone ringside, media and fans, and fans at home saw GGG winning convincingly. The second one was closer and could have been a draw at best. What I'm trying to say is that Canelo is acting like he beat him soundly two times. I don't know why DAZN isn't reprimanding this. The Kovalev fight is a good fight but when you look at what's really happening with GGG you'll realize it's still a ploy to avoid the man.

That deadline was part of the deal for the IBF to give them an extension for the purse bid. Main Events promoter Kathy Duva declined to comment. Look at their faces and you can see who got punished more. And, ggg doesn’t dictate where canelo fights. If he wants a rematch, and gets it... it’ll be Vegas
