No they haven't the BBC article even says:
"If the result is confirmed, 31-year-old Whyte could face an eight-year ban, because it would be his second offence."
UK Anti-Doping (Ukad) told the BBC it would be making no comment.

Lol. As you can see from other posts in this thread, not saying anything counts as confirmation at this place.
Every report I've seen about this gives the Bscene article as it's source, and the guy who wrote the article doesn't give any source.
That's what's usually known as an unfounded rumour.Comment

Exactly, Ive said since Eddie's statement im more inclined to believe the story, but its so weird that i'm holding judgement until I get more info. I pointed out yesterday and today, no major US boxing writers have really commented on it in print or twitter yet so there still something out there I believeLol. It's possible that Dillian was popped for a recreational drug, rather than a PED.Exactly, Ive said since Eddie's statement im more inclined to believe the story, but its so weird that i'm holding judgement until I get more info. Based on comments by the BBBoC after Tyson Fury got popped for ******* by VADA, I believe that the policy on recreational drug use by British boxers in the UK is that it's reported to the authorities, but no sanctions are imposed either by UKAD or the BBBoC.
That could be what happened here. We'll have to wait and see.Comment
