        No he didn't that info was released by USADA after the fight. Hauser brought it to attention before Berto.

          If it wasn't true Eddie would have came out and denied everything. Instead he tip toed around the accusation and stayed safe as possible.

            He accused Mayweather of failing tests and USADA covering it up, nothing to do with the IV, this was years before the Pacquiao fight.

                As someone said earlier. He can't reveal info without Whyte first signing off on it.
