He can beat all the WW boxers there. Heck, if he moved up in weight he can clear the 154 division

Khan aint fighting Pacquaio for free. He wants to fight him on PPV and he wants US, the boxing fans, to pay him, to watch.

So far this year he quit vs Crawford and then fought a number 50 ranked lightweight at 147..
