HE CAME BACK CLEAN FOR VADA TESTING AND TOOK SOMETHING AFTER THEY PED TEST WAS ADMINISTRATED, UKAD TESTED HIM WITHIN A SHORT TIME PERIOD OF HIM TAKING WHATEVER IT WAS HE CAME BACK POSITIVE FOR.....

VADA/UKAD DO SEPARATE TESTING DO YOU UNDERSTAND NOW OR STILL THINK THEY BOTH TESTING AT SAMETIME?

Amazing that you can know so much with so little information.

According to Eddie Hearn, Whyte was cleared to fight by both UKAD and VADA, so what was he supposed to inform Rivas' team of?

Even someone as slow as you can figure that out if the article states the wbc/Rivas camps wasn’t notified of the failed test which means vada didn’t know about failed test either as the protocols are to let ALL parties involved along with whatever commission is taking up fight of a failed test.... They let all parties involved know when bjs and canelo failed a test

Under rules in place in the United Kingdom, Whyte has a right of appeal. UKAD takes the position that, until the adjudication process is over and due process is complete, there has not been a finding that a fighter is in breach of its PED protocols and no sanctions can be put in place by the British Boxing Board of Control.

The adjudication process often begins with the testing of a fighter's "B" sample, which can generally be done in 24 to 48 hours. But it often drags on for more than a year. The National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP), an independent entity, is responsible for the final adjudication of PED disputes.

Under VADA protocols, the positive test result would have been reported to the World Boxing Council and Rivas camp. That appears to have not been the case in this instance with UKAD.

That’s the reason vada cleared him to fight they didn’t know he failed the test as ukad didn’t report it to them or the Rivas camp

well, we'll see when we know more I guess. You know I don't believe promoters.

So right now it's just a snakes word against another, but it's pretty damning.

To be precise...VADA does not clear fighters to fight. They test and report test results. I can't speak to UKAD but I presume they are similar, with BBBC being the governing body which determines what action to take in the case of an adverse test finding.

With that said, it appears that Hearn is being a bit disingenuous in his tweet. Purposely I may add, as I presume that he is fully aware of each en****** role in the process.

I’m sure Hearn will confirm today he did fail a test and it’s going through the bbboc procedural process he catching hell on twitter from U.K. boxers and trainers and fans right now for posting that vague statement on Twitter.... of course ukad cleared him to fight that’s how the procedure process is done and Vada had no idea he tested positive as they wasn’t notified by ukad/matchroom
