Well there's prob. rules setting required actions.
Maybe there's some leeway re which drug and how far beyond the threshold were the results.

In addition to "wild boar" the other Fury scenario could be tried--mental illness.

Disgusted, take him off the rankings if everything is confirmed. Caught by UKAD? Hopefully they would do their jobs this time around and not get manipulated by some lawyer or mental health illness.

could simply be because ukad tested around that time and vada did not

What ban did the criminal organisations give Miller? Start from there. In the UK, he would've been banned for at least 2 years.

Im not calling BS on the story yet, but something is very very fishy here... either boxing scene (everyone online citing only this article, with no other boxing reporters commenting on this yet) looks real bad or Matchroom/BBBC looks even worse for letting this fight happen and not telling Rivas... Really hope there is more to this story

First off, good article. Explains the process for sampling, reprocussions to Whyte, mishandling by the BBBoC, and shows how useless the WBC can be when it comes to all matters of banned substances. How can we let these organizations keep allowing fights to go on with PEDs being used before matches? We just had a boxer get killed last weekend. What will happen when this happens after a fighter is not clean? Will they try him/her as a criminal? It is only a matter of time.

Further to reports I can confirm that both Dillian Whyte and Oscar Rivas were subject to extensive VADA and UKAD testing for their bout. Both fighters were cleared to fight by both bodies and the BBBofC
^^ Eddie just tweeted.. Something is fishy here, but very carefully worded. Cleared to fight doesnt mean a clear test, but if its a banned substance, why would he be cleared to fight....
