Neither of us knows the answer to that question. But the fact is, Hearn and Skipper had a good personal and business relationship before either of them joined DAZN, and that relationship is a benefit to DAZN.
Please expand on this great relationship that Hearn and Skipper had in the past. Please explain just how strong those two are together!!

Are you kidding me? Did you really just ask that? Would DAZN have hired Skipper if he didn't know Hearn? Dude, this is John f'n Skipper who was running ESPN. DAZN is trying to get major sports rights to the NFL/NBA/etc. This is a man known as a deal closer and one of the sharpest guys in the business. It goes without saying why DAZN targeted him. I don't know why you Brits continue acting like boxing is going to be the end all be all of DAZN. Boxing is purely a niche sport over here, don't get it twisted. The success of DAZN in the states will come down to attaining rights of other big sports league. If they are to get part of the Sunday Ticket, they will triple the amount of subscribers they have right now within hours.

Hearn was a complete non-mutha f'n factor in Skipper coming on aboard.

Show proof Hearn is doing any of that. You're making stuff up. Remember Hearn claimed he was close to a deal with GGG & Skipper & GGG made their own deal? Or what about that time Hearn photo bombed the DAZN/Canelo announcement? Or when Skipper muzzled Hearn when DAZN tried to get Wilder. Hearn will be the first one out at DAZN

Forget all that, he legitimately asked if DAZN would have brought Skipper aboard if he didn't have a relationship with Hearn 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

And this "relationship" he is referring to is hilarious. Probably nothing more than a hi/bye type of relationship. When exactly did they build this strong relationship? When Skipper was at Rolling Stones? When he was with ESPN?

Canelo owns the TV rights to his fights in Mexico and every other country that DAZN doesn't operate in.

If you honestly think that DAZN could block Alvarez-Munguia from Estadio Azteca, you're kidding yourself

You're calling a business that wants a return on its hefty investment on both fighters scumbags for asking them to fight each other as they make the most money? Okay then.

I don't think they have much of a choice.

Golovkin isn't a star, so chalk up his guaranteed deal as a loss; fight Billy Joe Saunders, fight Andrade, fight whomever, and hope Golovkin hangs on.

The Canelo Show will go on, almost regardless of who he's fighting

That’s how I imagine it must be. I don’t see how both sides can share the final word. Maybe they can both veto, but eventually a fight has to be made. DAZN can’t publicly get too flustered without hurting their own brand. I mean if it wasent a better value for Nelo than why would he have signed? DAZN were expecting they couldn’t lose. We will see.
