Whether you or anyone thinks he beats Wilder is irrelevant.

Give the man his shot. He has earned it and then some.

As a boxing fan we should be demanding it.

NOBODY gave Andy Ruiz a shot!! Who is laughing now.

Fights are not won on paper.

PBC fans seem to be not about the boxing here. They want ruiz to break contract and not fight Joshua, they want the WBC and wilder to freeze the number 1 contender out for even longer than they already have, they want jermall charlo to keep fighting bums and they don't want any of their welters facing Crawford.

They just not boxing fans at all.

Eddie Hearn has done this to himself. Not long ago he was calling Shelly Finkel “Shirley”... Finkel was advisor to Mike Tyson & The Klitschkos. Now he advises Wilder. Hearn is an arrogant clown & now that his cash cow lost to a PBC fighter & his other HW who had been the WBC #1 for nearly 2 years can’t get a shot he is begging & crying. Whyte can blame Hearn for not getting his shot. Wilder will become the franchise champion like Canelo & doesn’t have to fight mandos anymore. Eddie Hearn has been locked out of the big picture. If Joshua loses the rematch he & his stable will be on the outside looking in for a long time.

Same thing as they have done with Canelo and Charlo.
Either way, I don't like the whole split-level world champion thing within same sanctioning bodies. Everyone has been taking the piss out of the WBA for years over their "super" and "regular" champs; now WBC are going down a similar route, just branding it slightly differently. It's all just a ploy to increase the amount the fat cats make in sanctioning fees, as if they're not rich enough already.
