LOL yep. Those UK refs are a mfer. If Ruiz drops Joshua again he's gonna get a 10 count that is more like a 30 count.

UK corrupt boxing people are smarter than US corrupt boxing people. US mfers always buy the judges. Its better to buy the ref.

Or you can risk a lawsuit like Hasim Rahman nearly did with his rematch against Lennox Lewis.
True. But I doubt Ruiz isn’t obligated to fight Joshua. He can drop the titles and say I’ll fight the winner of Fury Vs Wilder. Cuz we know belts are meaningless at this level. The just don’t hold as much weight as they once did. The question is, would it be a smart move financially?

Apparently people in AJ's team don't like the idea of an immediate rematch at the same venue where he just got KTFO.

Wrestlemania in 2016 drew 101,000 in Dallas (Arlington, Tx., to be specific0 at the Jerry Dome.
I want Andy to go to the UK, maybe not in the dead of winter, but to show it was no fluke. I think Andy would get a great fan response in the UK and make a great ambassador, considering the present situation. Hearn will do his magic, if AJ makes it to the last bell, fans will force the trilogy. Let Andy make that call.

He didn't say it was up to people in AJ's team. He said AJ has the final say and AJ said MSG. But that's Eddie lying again.

I'm pretty sure that even if he dropped the titles he would still be sued if he signed for another fight. The only to avoid that would be to retire.

That’s what I am wondering. Both fighters want MSG but Hearn is probably pushing the envelope for the UK to probably place Joshua in the best position and climate to win.

Dam that sucks. Well, hope Joshua is a man of his word and runs it back here in the states.

You’re reinforcing the reasons why Ruiz wouldn’t want to go to the UK — “if AJ makes it to the last bell” they’ll have to force a trilogy, because AJ automatically gets the decision there.

I don’t think Andy knocking out AJ again in the USA makes the first fight a fluke. And we saw AJ was ahead on the scorecards (lol) with Eddie’s judges in New York anyway, so at least give the champion a fighting chance.

It will land wherever it lands, but sending Ruiz into a situation where the deck is stacked with a ref who won’t let them fight (which we’ve seen) and who steps in to give AJ a break if he gets rocked (which we’ve seen) and a set of judges you admit would give AJ the decision regardless as long as he finishes on his feet is untenable.
