Was floyd still in his prime when they fought? no... and also even Freddie roach said floyd was ready to fight in 2010 and signed to fight but it didn’t happen because of testing that manny did not want to do.

On all time rankings manny will never ever be higher then floyd. Those who are bringing up lomata to robinson or louis to Marciano it's not the same as floyd pac. Marciano and lomata had critically critically weak resumes in comparison to Robinson and louis. Very weak by comparison. Mayweather and pac had almost a tic for tact resume with pac edging it. The problem is both fought and pac won no more then 3 rounds.....with such close resumes that catapulted mayweather far ahead of manny in greatness perspective. Manny would have to beat Crawfords Spence's guys like that.

I’m am believer that floyd did not beat Pacquiao with an even deck.
NSAC , VADA and Vegas were in floyd’s pocket and we all know that.
In terms of a better resume and achievements no one has ever done what Pacquiao did and he still pulled it off against a prime 30 year old capable champion at almost 41...it’s amazing when you really break it down and analyse it
Yeah, when you go back in history and see who some of the ATGs lost to, you see how flawed the argument is.

In their mind, Pacquiao has never suffered any true defeat. It’s 2019, the fight happened in 2015 when they were both out of their prime and Floyd won it fair and square. Let it go...
Yes he beat him but some of these Floyd dyckryders.

You know the ones who say Floyd schoolerd him and it was a one sided fight.

No he didn't and no it wasn't.

Manny is a HOG ATG legend but most importantly, second to Floyd.

            Sorry

I agree, also Floyd Mayweather's win against Canelo Alvarez was much greater.

People try and make out that Canelo Alvarez was only a baby, and was not the finished article. 'He was undefeated, and had just fought and beaten Cotto/ Mosely'. I can remember at the time many reporters where picking against Mayweather.

Even Mayweather's win vs Oscar De La Hoya was greater than Keith Thurman.

So what? Some fighters become shot younger than others, it doesn’t reflect on their greatness.

Muhammad Ali was shot at a younger age than many heavyweights. Ray Leonard was shot at a younger age than many lesser fighters. So what?

Now don’t get me wrong, i like Manny and think his career has been amazing and still is. Floyd was just the better fighter and proved it when they fought.

Also, if Floyd is shot and Manny isn’t. Then that would indicate that Floyd was arguably the more faded fighter of the two and still won...

So your logic has just proven even more that Floyd was better. Good one..
