No they are not. Most of the people on NSB that rank Manny ahead of Floyd are part of 2 groups:

Floyd haters/those that hate black greatness and diehard Manny stans.

There have been 3 or 4 rankings of fighters and Floyd is always well ahead of Manny. Why? Because he has defeated an impressive list of HOF fighters, including Manny, ODH, SHane, Cotto and future HOF'ers like Canelo.

If you want to apply some crazy floyd hate criteria to gerrymander things, ok. I will use whatever you choose and apply it to Manny's resume. Floyd will come out ahead.

Lets just admit both are great, Floyd is better, Floyd won their fight, Manny had some adversity since then but one a huge upset fight against Thurman.

I don't think he has accomplished more. He came in younger (because you can in other countries) won titles in weight classes Floyd was too heavy for while Floyd was fighting for his country and got one of the most notorious robberies in Olympic history.

EVERY credible list has Floyd ahead. Not just because of the undefeated record and that Manny has losses. Not just because Floyd beat him. It's because Floyd is one of the 3 greatest defensive fighters in history and because before he moved to 147, he was a devastating boxer/puncher with speed, balance, and a superior work ethic and IQ.

Only when we get online when posters have freedom to hide do we get the ridiculous criteria and crazy opinions from the groups I mentioned.

This isn't true. He didn't fight the same guys Floyd did. Floyd fought 154 lb ODH, Manny fought 147 lb ODH that hadn't been at 147 in 10 years. Floyd fought undefeated Hatton, Manny fought Hatton after he was KTFO by Floyd. Floyd fought 154 lb Cotto post Margs, Manny fought 145 lb Cotto post Margs.

Now Manny did fight a better version of JMM, but he got a draw and 2 wins that the majority of media scored for JMM (3rd fight) or a draw (2nd fight). Floyd dominated JMM but didn't make 144.

list their accomplishments then! we'll see who has accomplished more. why does this bother you so much? floyd already beat manny! why are you still here crying? ranking is just that, ranking!! whoever accomplished more and did more will be ranked higher. that's how a ranking system works. you dont get ranked higher just because you have an undefeated record. if thats the case then Wanheng Menayothin should be ahead of floyd then right? smh.
