Floyd just has too many hollow wins.

I think it takes away from Manny’s winnif all you want to do is say it elevates him above Floyd. If we go out of our way to minimize everything floyd did then you end up minimizing Manny’s career achievements.
Beating Thurman is very good. Floyd has beaten men who are far superior even though they were much older than Thurman when Floyd fought them.
Actually, if you are being honest,
- You would say that this fight shows that Manny was fighting with 1 arm in the Floyd fight.
- You would remind us all about Floyd's IV scandal while the NEVADA commission didn't allow Manny to take anything for his injured shoulder. NSAC was starting a full fledged investigation on Manny (who took nothing) but stopped once they found out that their home team guy (Floyd) had a scandal on his hands. No investigation for Floyd …. hmmmm!
Great fighters can lose and still …..:
If Ali had not fought Ken Norton after their first fight, does that elevate Ken Norton over Ali?
Holmes beat Ali in their only fight. Does that elevate Holmes over Ali?
If Ali had not fought Joe Frazier after their first fight, does that elevate Frazier over Ali?
There are fighters that give even the greats a tough fight, no matter what. Styles make fights. But the loser of the fight can still be considered the elevated one of the 2.

Pacquiao embodies more of what boxing should be about, definitely, as compared to Mayweather.

If this were Floyd beating Thurman you’d be posting about how Thurman looked like crap against Lopez and that is why Floyd picked him. You be talking about the 2 years injury lay-off as well. You’d also be pointing out how Thurman “ hadn’t beaten anyone”.
Enough of guys like you. I have no desire to engage with any of you scummy pac fans today.

Floyd reneged a rematch with the only reason that pac was a poor sport. That excuse says plenty ..for me. Amazing how his fans still rally that.

You said be honest. You were omitting key points so I had to point some of that out (there are more). I was just being honest but you just deflected!
