Wow! DAZN screwing over Canelo and Andrade

Most of these guys aren't fight fans. How can they be when they a cheer a champ for not fighting his #1 contender.

Jacob's was number 1 and he fought him. He fought Triple Tune-Up twice! He has already beaten him. He has not ruled out never fighting him again, but he is sick of Triple Tune-Up getting a pass fighting nobodies while he is expected and does fight the best out there. He is sick of Triple Tune-Up hitching himself onto his career.

Canelo said he would fight him again if Triple Tune-Up finally fought a top challenger just like Canelo did in May. Yet Triple Tune-Up gets a pass over and over and continues to have easy fights all the while thinking he deserves rematch after rematch with Canelo. Triple Tune-Up is an entitled baby.

what this suggests to me.....

is that Canelo had no intention of facing Charlo... for undisputed

if Charlo was on the horizon (most likely after Andrade) then they would have requested an exemption from the IBF

it appears that being technically undisputed, is not high on Canelo's list of priorities

they could get away with fighting Andrade, but fighting Andrade and then Charlo, would have required a deal with the IBF..... which Canelo never attempted

he will likely just take big fights, and not necessarily focus on the hardware

now DAZN 100% know, that Canelo will walk if he thinks that they are treating him unfairly

I suspect that his December outing, and all subsequent outings..... will be immediately approved by DAZN..... because yea, not a good look for DAZN..... especially if Munguia, Murata, and Horn, are the fights they will approve for Golovkin

there is a HUGE chasm between Golovkin/Kovalev, and Munguia/Murata/Horn

Its just ridiculous. They have so little faith in GGG beating anyone worth a damn that they think they are saving him only for a 3rd Canelo fight. But if DAZN had any idea what they are doing and wanted to put up good fights that would attract subs then they would have GGG fight a credible top name other than Canelo. Does DAZN expect to build and maintain their business only on Canelo vs GGG fights repeatedly and when that does not happen having GGG fight cab drivers indefinitely in place of Canelo. DAZN is incompetent.

I agree with ur 8x time a charm. I don’t want to see them fight again. I’d have had to see knockdowns or at least some 10-8 rounds to make me care about another fight.

What exactly are you cancelling?

If you’ve been paying $20 a month, that’s not smart, and none of us on the forum ever acknowledged paying $20 a month, only the fights you wanted to see. If you purchased a full year then what are you canceling? Are you referring to cancelling “auto-renew?”

What are you talking about? None of us acknowledged paying $20/month? Yeah whatever. like its some big secret or issue with paying monthly. If you paid a full year in advance then you are the fool, because so far the programming and upcoming fights are dismal and unappealing. Tell me what fights do they have for the 2nd part of the year that warrant paying a year in advance? Now that Canelo is sitting out, none, zero, nada. Hell, what fights were worth paying a year in advance between December and the May 1st other than the Estrada fight? Only 1 decent fight DAZN had between December and May 1st and then 4 months of nothing.

You can cancel and get your money back just like any subscription. You pay month to month and you cancel before the next billing cycle begins. I do not see what is so complicated about understanding that or what there is to lie about.

I am not gonna sign up and pay a year in advance to a new service that has 0 track record. I signed up month to month to see how well it goes and if they give quality programming so far its a big disappointment so I cancelled.

How can you say there's really no polnt to the consensus 1 and 2 MW's in the world fighting a 3rd time, after going 24 rounds and the difference being 2 judges scoring the 12th round of the 2nd fight for Alvarez?
Consensus means what most people agree on. If you look at all the rankings by the boxing orgs, Ring Mag, TNRB, etc. (check them out you may be surprised) Golovkin is considered the #1 contender.
Now you may not agree and would hate to see a third fight fight and that's fine but to say there's ho polnt to a champ fighting the former champ and #1 contender just ain't so.

i could care less if they fight again..if they want to good for them i hope so..im not emotionally attached to golovkin or canelo the way many here are....and id wager canelo would win again...and id bet a healthy sum on it too...but i dont really care cause im not a big fan of either guy(although i at least have respect for canelo)

the first fight was close...the 2nd had golovkin begging for a certain type of fight...and in many peoples eyes canelo beat golovkin up fighting just exactly the kind of fight people didnt think he would have the balls to fight

add to the fact that golovkins superfans always make excuses like "oh they waited for him to get old" and "hes not getting younger..hes losing his speed and reflexes"....what makes u think golvokin can do better? a new trainer? lol...how many times have we seen that NOT work...especially with an older fight stuck in his ways

there are many on forums(who usually represent the hardcore fan) who have little interest in another go round of this .....theyd much rather see charlo and andrade injected into the mix somewhere....with canelo or golovkin

also add in the fact that golovkin seems to be against the idea of taking on at least a formidable challenge in the interim.....

it would be no suprise if canelo really made him wait or froze him out of a 3rd fight...because golovkin wants to fight scrubs and acts like hes owed something for being golovkin(when canelo makes up 2 out of 3 decent fights on golovkins resume).....

Are you truly arguing about how I chose to buy a DAZN subscription and acting like your chosen way to buy a DAZN subscription is some kind jedi level intellectual decision making on your part. Is it some sort of decision in your life that you see as an awesome move. My guess is when you die you will request that your DAZN subscription decision be included in your obituary as a way to brag about how clever you think you were. My guess is you put it in your job resume too.

Divanelo beat the ultimate paper champ Rocky Fielding (he do like those Brit chumps like Liam and Amir) and then he takes on a guy GGG already beat. Now he don't want to fight any MW cause he thinks he can beat a faded Kovalev. WTF?
Talk about fighting nobodies, the diva fought an undersized faded Cotto, an undersized glass chin Khan, a paper champ Liam Smith, and a weight drained Chavez Jr.
The only way you can defend those fights is by attacking Golovkin., forget about GGG just defend your diva.
All these BS reasons why the diva don't want to fight his #1 contender could be true but he could also be Divanelo's just looking for an easier fight.

Like I said, nobody on the forum acknowledged paying $20 a month. It was either $100 for a year, or you would pay $20 for a month that catered some good fights. DAZN saying ''cancel anytime'' were for those testing a $20 month buy for that month's schedule.
