None of these fighters were approved for Canelo. His two options were GGG or Kovalev. So he has to vacate the belt & GGG is given the option to fight for it.

And once again Andrade isn't approved to fight a top middleweight on his own network. And he's a champion

DAZN is considering three options at the moment, per sources, for the former middleweight champion’s next fight: Sergey Derevyanchenko, Jaime Munguia and Ryota Murata.

The most likely option at the moment is Derevyanchenko. The Ukraine native is the IBF’s No. 1 contender, and accordingly, the organization ordered a fight between Derevyanchenko and its titleholder, Canelo Alvarez. The purse bid is scheduled for July 23 at noon ET, but it’s widely expected Alvarez will pass on the fight; Derevyanchenko’s advisor, Keith Connolly, told*The Athletic*he’s held no talks with Golden Boy regarding the fight.

If Alvarez passes on the fight, the IBF will be forced to strip him of his title after he failed to apply for an exception for an optional defense before the deadline. That would lead the IBF to order a vacant middleweight title fight between Derevyancehnko and its next available fighter in the rankings, Golovkin.

Canelo/Andrade is not the fight people want to see and you already know which fight is. If Canelo had beaten Golovkin clearly, do you think that would still be so?

Canelo's theoritical average for 5 years was $35mil each fight give or take.

What does it matter who he fights?

Canelo is doing a good move. Canelo is still guaranteed his pay and he will have to restructure the ration here forward. The Boxing World will have to see how GGG gets paid as well, without Canelo!

Andrade is the best and most avoided MW in the world. Nobody wants to fight him if they don't have to.

It's common sense, performance based. Hauser reported that the minimum Canelo would get for Mexican Holidays was $35mil.

For Fielding he got $15mil - Dec.

Why would we assume that GGG would make the same for Canelo as he did Rolls? GGG would get a higher premium pay, and knowing Loeffler, he probably stipulated a minimum GGG would get on Mexican Holidays.

GGG would easily get $30mil for Canelo, and thereafter GGG's pays would ration out to his $100mil balance.

Here's the problem, if in theory GGG is the biggest fight to make then Canelo should be getting more like $70mil. No industry reporters even trolled this because Canelo's theoritical highest pay can only be $35mil for 11 fights for 5 years. DAZN wouldn't give Canelo $70mil. Wilder was intended to get $40mil for one fight.

GGG would get $30mil for Canelo. You know Loeffler would stipulate that in the contracts for if in the event Mexican holidays or against a Mexican foe, particularly Canelo. I'm more than sure Oscar told Canelo the splits long ago, and Canelo said fff that, even though it was Oscar who knew Skipper wanted the Trilogy.

DAZN had money to splurge on Wilder. There was no bonus even reported by industry that Skipper was willing to give Canelo extra for the GGG fight. Canelo would've fought GGG if the ratio weren't 35/30mil. Canelo should've gotten 70/30mil to GGG.
