Simply because he fell off AFTERWARDS doesn’t mean he wasn’t top rated before they fought ....Wilder also had to postpone THREE world class fights against athletes that tested positive for PEDs and most likely greasy fries...Wilder COUDN’T fight them because THREE times in 18 months his 100% KO rate had them SHOOK enough to avoid relying on vitamins nutrients & hard work - so the WBC champ had NO CHOICE but to go a different route....and credit to him, he took the toughest most disrespectful route to STILL be on TOP!!!
