Didn't see that fight to be honest (my FS1 streams very poorly). Gvozdyk has good speed IMO and throws in combinations. I don't remember seeing alot of hand speed or combination punching in Beterbiev. If The Nail gets caught on the ropes or lingers in front of Artur too long, he will have problems.

I am so PUMPED for this!! It is the kind of fight I will talk myself in and out of who I pick about 3 or 4 hundred times or so. When I saw the headline, my first thought was "FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!" My second thought was "Nail wins this". I do not have any defense of that thought, just first instinct.
A great fight, and regardless who wins or losses each fighter will see his stock rise for taking it. Sooner or later boxers, their promoters, and the networks will make an intelligent observation that everyone wins when real fighters get in the ring to test themselves.Comment

IMO Gvozdyk takes this. He just seems the more tenacious of the two. Seems like he works harder, consistently thru the fight. Plus I think he's had a slightly tougher resume than Beterbiev. Make no mistake though, for as long as it lasts, it will be a good close fight.Comment

Well when they fight it'll be college football season so that means the saturday night slot is definitely going to a football game no way in hell ESPN puts boxing in that slot. So basically only hardcore boxing fans will see this on ESPN+ which is a shame because its an incredible match up.Comment
