Its about ****ing time. 2 years Whyte has been sat in the number 1 spot. I know there are some Eddie Hearn haters who will ***** and moan about final eliminator bla bla but as a Boxing fan i just want to see those who have earnt the right for a shot by winning and winning and rising to the top of the rankings. No Boxer should have to wait 2 years at the top of the pile for his chance. But then the WBC is a complete joke of a set up these days im not going to hold my breath on Whyte getting his title fight just yet.

You are tired of Hearn doing his job?

Whyte turned down fights with Luis Ortiz, Kubrat Pulev and Anthony Joshua. Winning one of the first two would have made him a mandatory and beating Joshua would have given him all the titles.

As far as I’m concerned, Dillian Whyte can wait forever because he’s had three chances.

Sounds good to me, has to come through July 20th first. Also, that's a long time to wait for a fight, have to think he would fight once more inbetween Rivas and the title fight, probably against a lesser opponent though

I still can not find any verification of the WBC saying any of this.
              Only Hearn talking it up.
Can anyone find the wbc verifying any of it?

Yeah, so I heard and moreover, Eddie Hearn has said that the WBC had until May 18th to make Dillian Whyte the mandatory challenger for Deontay Wilder's WBC title belt or else.

I wouldn’t even take the WBC words for it, they like to flip flop and not give a clear message until the last minute. You ask Sulieman a direct question and he goes from A-E back to C. The Breazeale/Molina joke of an eliminator or non eliminator was a perfect example of that.
